Where to find us
Free parking is available in our generous sized carpark within the Crossroads Medical Centre. Access is from Lake Road near the intersection of Main Road, Glendale. We are located externally to the medical centre, closest to the main carpark entry/exit driveway. Feel free to enter our waiting room, restrooms available within.
